Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to manage our 58-unit condominium property in Cable, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with budgeting, accounting, supervision and marketing within the hospitality industry. This manager will serve as the primary strategic business leader for the property with operational responsibilities that include guest and employee satisfaction, human resource management, financial performance and revenue generation.

Required Experience & Knowledge:

• Experience in the hospitality industry and familiarity with the timesharing component preferred.
• The ability to provide leadership showing creative and innovative ideas and strategies that maximize revenue performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills, and interpersonal management skills. Preference will be given to college graduates. 
• Solid organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
• Computer proficiency to include Cloudbeds Property Management System, Microsoft Office and Quickbooks accounting software.
• Must have, or be able to obtain, a Wisconsin driver’s license and ServSafe alcohol service certification.

Salary: $52-$62,000 plus one benchmarking resort vacation annually.
